Made and aged in French oak barrels over 8 months. Vivid golden yellow colour. Aromas of banana and ripe pineapple give way to toasty, vanilla flavours on the palate with a subtle, balanced acidity.
Ideal to serve with salmon, sole, oysters, abalone, veal, quail or pasta in white sauce.
